Event description:
Within iDEAlab and in cooperation with the Tempus project "Mastering innovation in Serbia through development and implementation of interdisciplinary post-graduate curricula in innovation management (MAIN)" a two-day lifelong learning course "Creative Thinking" was organized. The main topic of the course was managing creativity within companies.
The course informed the participants about different strategies that could be implemented in companies in order to encourage the creativity of employees at all levels. Through various exercises, the participants applied strategies for measuring and influencing the creativity of employees. As part of the course, participants were introduced to creative problem solving techniques.
After the exercises through which the attendees generated ideas, the ideas were evaluated. After that, the participants were introduced to the ways of designing, organizing and implementing creative campaigns within companies.
