No, sve to radim neposredno prije samog ispita jer je za tjedan i pol <\/span><\/i><b><i>Mislim da imam dovoljno vremena<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> za sve to<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u201d (Milica, 22)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMoj problem su predispitne obveze<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previ\u0161e zadataka, seminara i prezentacija za napraviti. Ne \u017eelim toliko obaveza prije ispitnog roka, nekako ih ne smatram bitnima. Ovo obi\u010dno zavr\u0161i tako da nekome platim da to u\u010dini umjesto mene, problem je \u0161to nemam novac uvijek kad mi treba jer ga ima previ\u0161e. Pomozite.&quot; (Sr\u0111an, 21)<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Svi smo mi nekada u \u017eivotu odugovla\u010dili, primjerice kada smo na dan dogovorenog roka predali seminarski rad, pripremili se za ispit i aktivno u\u010dili na sam dan ispita. Prokastinacija je veliki problem ako je dugotrajna i ako se odnosi na vi\u0161e sfera \u017eivota.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0160to je u korijenu sklonosti prokastinaciji?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U pozadini odga\u0111anja neugodnih obaveza je uvjerenje osobe da je <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bolje izbje\u0107i nego se na\u0107i pred neugodnim obvezama<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i iluzija da \u0107e neugodnosti koje su danas odgo\u0111ene sutra biti manje neugodne. Istina je zapravo suprotna, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">svako ka\u0161njenje dovodi do pove\u0107anih neugodnosti.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ljudi koji pretjerano i kroni\u010dno odga\u0111aju skloni su iskustvu <\/span><b>krivnje, samooptu\u017eivanja i tjeskobe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> prigodom njegove odgode. Ti osje\u0107aji dodatno poja\u010davaju neugodnosti povezane s aktivnostima koje odga\u0111aju, \u0161to dovodi do ja\u010danja izbjegavaju\u0107eg pona\u0161anja.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Uzroci prokastinacije\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedan od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih uzroka odga\u0111anja je <\/span><b>niska tolerancija na frustraciju.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ljudi s niskom tolerancijom na frustraciju imaju skrivenu iracionalnu filozofiju koja <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sve \u0161to rade u \u017eivotu mora im biti lako, ugodno i zanimljivo, a ako nije onda je u\u017easno, u\u017easno i nepodno\u0161ljivo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osim niske tolerancije na frustraciju, prokrastinacija se mo\u017ee temeljiti na raznim uzrocima, a neki od tipi\u010dnih su: perfekcionizam, strah od neuspjeha, sumnja u sebe, nedostatak nagrade ili priznanja, prisila, moranje, pasivna agresivnost, strah od kritike, odugovla\u010denje zbog osje\u0107aja krivnje itd.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1323 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/idealab.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/tired-woman-works-at-home-workplace-2022-02-24-10-39-32-utc-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako prevladati prokrastinaciju?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&quot;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prokrastinacija je vrsta navike i povezana je s <\/span><\/i><b><i>samodisciplina<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Biti student te\u0161ko je biti samodiscipliniran kada ima toliko zanimljivih stvari za raditi osim obavljanja sveu\u010dili\u0161nih obaveza. Mladima svakako nije lako zadr\u017eati fokus i biti samodiscipliniran, previ\u0161e je vanjskih izazova koji mame studente i odvla\u010de ih od njih. No, ni to nije nemogu\u0107e prevladati, samo je potrebno malo <\/span><\/i><b><i>\u017eelju i ustrajnost<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u201d<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 dodaje Jasmina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odga\u0111anje je lo\u0161a navika, a kao \u0161to znamo, navike je te\u0161ko promijeniti. Da nisam bio motiviran, ne bih mogao izdr\u017eati pripremu ispita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>C<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">posljedice<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">): nervoza (anksioznost), izra\u017eena razdra\u017eljivost, neproduktivno razmi\u0161ljanje o ispitu, ka\u0161njenje pripreme za ispit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na ovom primjeru mo\u017eete vidjeti kako na\u0161a uvjerenja (Bi) o aktiviraju\u0107em doga\u0111aju (A) dovode do negativnih posljedica (anksioznosti), disfunkcionalnog pona\u0161anja, te da je kriti\u010dna to\u010dka promjena iracionalnih uvjerenja koja odr\u017eavaju odugovla\u010denje u
