Je ne veux pas avoir autant d&#039;obligations avant la p\u00e9riode des examens, d&#039;une mani\u00e8re ou d&#039;une autre, je ne les consid\u00e8re pas importantes. Cela finit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par payer quelqu&#039;un pour le faire \u00e0 ma place, le probl\u00e8me est que je n&#039;ai pas toujours l&#039;argent quand j&#039;en ai besoin car il y en a trop. La procastination est un gros probl\u00e8me si elle dure longtemps et si elle concerne plusieurs sph\u00e8res de la vie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la tendance \u00e0 la procastination ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 l&#039;arri\u00e8re-plan du report d&#039;obligations d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables se trouve la conviction de la personne qu&#039;elle est <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mieux vaut \u00e9viter que de se retrouver avec des obligations d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et l&#039;illusion que les d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments report\u00e9s aujourd&#039;hui seront moins d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables demain. Il n\u2019est certainement pas facile pour les jeunes de rester concentr\u00e9s et de faire preuve d\u2019autodiscipline ; il existe trop de d\u00e9fis ext\u00e9rieurs qui attirent les \u00e9tudiants et les d\u00e9tournent d\u2019eux-m\u00eames.
