The student association EESTEC LC Novi Sad has been successfully implementing it for 14 years Fair of business opportunities and professional practices - KONTEH as a key link between companies in search of new personnel in the field of electrical engineering, and academics interested in first business opportunity or professional practice.

Although due to the current epidemiological situation, this year's KONTEH is being held in an online format April 14 and 15, students are provided with a wide range of activities, lectures, as well as the opportunity to get in touch with company representatives at any time via chat or calls.

During the Fair, over 25 participating companies will, as in previous years, have the opportunity to present their activities to students through presentations and workshops open to all Fair visitors. Students and job candidates, on the other hand, have the option to apply online cv.konteh.org submit your CV to employers, thereby directly increasing their chances of getting a job or internship.

Immediately before the Fair will be held i job interview simulations. In addition to the same, students will have the opportunity to attend webinars and a panel discussion of KONTEH participating companies in the week before the Fair.
