Digital Marketing Associate
We are Tourmaline, a team of professionals from various professions, with over 30 years of cumulative experience. We deal with digital marketing, design, creation and maintenance of websites and count over a hundred completed projects. We specialize in adapting our products and services to the specifics of clients and their way of selling. Due to the growth of our company and increase in workload, we are looking for a new colleague, eager for knowledge and experience, to work in a (junior) position Digital Marketing Associate. Become part of our team!
In this position, you will have the opportunity to participate in a number of IT projects with our domestic and foreign clients. The projects are primarily related to digital marketing, copywriting, design, creation and maintenance of websites. Previous experience or education in the IT sphere is not necessary, but it is crucial that you have an interest and a certain aptitude for technology, organization and creative work. Our mentoring program is guided by the idea of training you to perform work independently, with the aim of further long-term cooperation.
What would your job look like?
Your responsibilities mostly relate to assistance with writing blog articles, creating internet advertisements, posts on social networks, email marketing campaigns and other marketing content.
For this position, it is necessary that you have an affinity for digital technologies, as it implies use of modern software used by the largest IT companies in Serbia and globally. Most of the software we use is in the cloud and is available online.
Although we are a company with a small number of employees, given that we work with a larger number of clients and business associates, the level of demands can sometimes be higher, and you are expected to be ready for teamwork, with good organization.
It is a starting position, where you will also be involved in business support our company through tasks of research, organization and expansion of the client base and eventual communication with them.
